The Role

  • Provide general administrative support across the business
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, files and documentation
  • Support with preparation of reports, documents and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries and internal communications
  • Assist with project-related administration and tracking
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and external stakeholders
  • Maintain office systems and databases
  • Support invoice processing and general finance administration
  • Assist with procurement, supplier coordination and office requirements
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team

The Person

  • Previous experience within an administration or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience within construction, property, engineering or manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential
