Reporting directly to the CFO, this Finance Manager will oversee a small finance team while remaining closely involved in day-to-day financial operations. Hands-on responsibility for a small finance team and daily finance operations. The Role Oversee daily finance activities, supporting the team to meet reporting deadlines. Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary. Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Review balance sheet reconciliations and maintain effective financial controls. Provide clear financial information to the CFO and wider management team. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems and finance processes. The Person Experience in a hands-on accounting or finance management role. Strong understanding of management accounts, financial reporting and controls. Ability to organise workloads and support the development of colleagues. Confident working with spreadsheets and accounting systems. Clear communication skills and a practical approach to resolving issues.
