The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio across motor, home, travel and specialist insurance, while building strong client relationships and providing tailored advice.

Role

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of personal lines clients across motor, home, travel and specialist cover.
  • Handle new business enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate quotations and tailored advice.
  • Work with insurer panels to secure suitable terms.
  • Maintain compliant records and strong client relationships. The Person:
  • Previous experience in a personal lines insurance role, ideally within a brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines products and the insurance market.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
