The Role
As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of Personal Lines clients. You will look after Renewals, New Business, MTAs, and day-to-day client queries across Motor, Home, Travel, Legal Expenses, and more. You’ll deliver exceptional service, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and contribute to the company’s continued growth across NI.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients
- Handle Renewals, ensuring strong retention
- Generate New Business and build strong client relationships
- Process MTA’s accurately and efficiently
- Respond to client queries across Motor, Household, Travel, Legal Expenses, etc.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Use internal systems (including Relay) effectively
About You
- Experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Confident, proactive, and organised
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
