Financial Planner / Adviser Our client is seeking an experienced, technically strong Financial Planner / Adviser to join a successful financial planning business with a predominantly high-value client base. Working alongside a senior adviser on complex cases, you will help develop comprehensive financial plans and gradually take on greater responsibility for client relationships and advice delivery. Based in County Down, this is a hybrid role, offering a balance of flexible working and in-person collaboration with clients and colleagues. You will work closely with paraplanning and administrative teams to support the effective delivery of advice. Top 3 Things to Know About This Job Basic salary of up to £60,000, with performance-related bonus and potential OTE of approximately £90,000 after two years. Hybrid working in County Down. Work alongside a senior adviser on complex financial planning cases for high-value clients. The Role: * Develop personalised financial plans covering pensions, investments, retirement, protection and wider wealth planning. * Use cashflow modelling to explore scenarios and support client decisions. * Attend client meetings and progressively develop responsibility for client relationships and advice delivery. * Manage cases from fact-find through recommendation, implementation and ongoing reviews. The Person: * Experience as a Financial Planner, Financial Adviser or Senior Paraplanner, including direct client work. * Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, retirement planning and cashflow modelling. * Experience with complex or higher-value cases. * Certified Financial Planner qualification preferred; Chartered Financial Planners or candidates working towards either status will also be considered.
