CNC Programmer Our client is seeking a CNC Programmer to support continued expansion across the aerospace, medical and automotive sectors.
The successful candidate will develop programmes for cosmetic and intricate components while contributing to new processes, methods and high quality standards within a progressive programming team.
Based onsite in Newry, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with machinists and operatives in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

The
Role
- Develop CNC programmes for cosmetic and intricate components.
- Liaise with machinists to improve programmes, finishes and cutting methods.
- Support first-time runs and contribute to new processes and methods.
- Maintain quality standards and work to agreed lead times. The Person:
- Demonstrable CNC programming ability and understanding of machining, work holding and cutting methods.
- Experience using CAM software such as Hypermill, Mastercam, Catia or NX.
- Ability to work independently and support operatives during programme proving.
- At least two years of CNC programming experience is desirable.
- Experience with Hypermill, fixture design, 3+2 or five axis programming, regulated industries or a broad range of materials would be advantageous.
