The Role:
- Coordinate daily workflow across the mortgage support team and keep cases moving.
- Manage mortgage and protection cases from enquiry to completion.
- Liaise with lenders, providers, advisers and solicitors to resolve queries.
- Support colleagues, improve processes and maintain consistent service standards.
The Person:
- At least two years of financial services administration experience, ideally in mortgages, protection or a regulated environment.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, coordinating or informally leading a team.
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
- A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
