Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Support professional to manage customer relationships and help coordinate orders from entry through to fulfilment. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role, combining customer service and internal sales support with responsibility for customer reporting, electronic trading portal requests and management cover for the Customer Service Manager. Based onsite in Derry, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers and colleagues across customer service, sales, buying and planning. The onsite pattern supports direct collaboration in coordinating customer priorities and deliveries. The Role: Manage order entry, processing and shipment, and respond to customer queries, changes and complaints. Maintain customer records in SAP and provide order status reporting. Work with Buyers and Planners to support on-time deliveries. Prepare sales and customer reports, including weekly reporting and the Customer Service dashboard. Support the Customer Service Manager with sales outlook, customer priorities and expected sales reviews. The Person: At least two years' customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working for a global company and using ERP systems. GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent; a degree is preferred. Strong organisation, attention to detail, relationship-building and communication skills. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
