Our client is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to provide technical and administrative support to the team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with engineers, technicians, production teams, suppliers and contractors. The role provides a varied working environment with broad exposure to maintenance, engineering systems and factory operations. The Role:
Provide technical and administrative support to the Maintenance department. Manage purchase orders, invoices, supplier communication and contractor liaison. Schedule engineering work using the computerised maintenance system. Maintain calibration records, maintenance systems, databases and engineering documentation. Prepare reports and maintain training records and configuration control processes. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with confidence using databases and business systems. Permanent contract. Onsite role - early finish Friday's On-the-job training provided. Opportunity to work across maintenance, engineering and factory operations.
