Project Manager Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the transition of new industrial automation, robotics and chemical delivery projects through design, manufacturing and final customer approval. The successful Project Manager will enjoy working with engineering, automation and mechanical build teams while managing varied projects from initial planning through to delivery and site acceptance testing. Based in Derry, this permanent role operates on a four-day working week, supporting a strong work-life balance while enabling close collaboration with colleagues across the engineering and operations teams. The role offers autonomy in managing projects, supported by experienced department leads. Lead complex projects involving custom machinery, production lines and robotic cells. The Role: * Manage projects from design and build through to final delivery and customer approval. * Coordinate engineering, automation and mechanical build teams. * Monitor project plans, risks, budgets, costs and performance metrics. * Manage stakeholders, delegate tasks and drive continuous improvement. The Person: * At least 3 years of experience managing complex engineering, manufacturing or implementation projects. * Engineering or technical management background. * Strong communication, technical writing, documentation and problem-solving skills. * Experience using MS Project or equivalent project management software. * A relevant degree, project management qualification, or Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing qualification would be advantageous.
