Healthcare Solicitor

Description:
We are hiring for our client, a respected healthcare organisation, seeking a Healthcare Solicitor to join their in-house legal team in Dublin. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity for a solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE (or a confident NQ with relevant experience) to move in-house and support medical professionals in complex and high-stakes situations.

The successful candidate will advise on a range of healthcare legal matters, including regulatory, ethical, and professional conduct issues. You will work directly with clinicians, providing guidance during investigations, hearings, and inquests. You will also contribute to education and risk management initiatives that help promote best practice across the profession.

The Role:

• Irish-qualified solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE (or strong NQ)
• Experience or interest in healthcare law, regulation or professional discipline
• Calm, composed and empathetic in sensitive or high-pressure situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage a varied caseload and work well within a small, expert team
