Installation Engineer

Job Summary: My client seeking a skilled and dedicated Installation Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining a variety of systems and equipment, ensuring they meet both company standards and client requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Installation and Setup: Install and configure equipment and systems at customer sites. Perform system tests to ensure proper functionality and integration with existing systems. Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Assist customers with operational training and usage instructions. Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance. Update and upgrade systems as needed to enhance functionality and efficiency. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions. Prepare detailed reports on system performance and any issues encountered. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all company and industry standards, guidelines, and regulations. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of technical systems or equipment. Experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical support and training. Mechanical & Electrical knowledge Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals. Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles. Familiarity with various tools and testing equipment used in installations. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and organizational skills. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required. Working Conditions: This position may require working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and at heights.
