This is a permanent opportunity created within a dynamic and rapidly growing area of the business and our Client is open to considering HR professionals at Manager or Associate Director level. The successful HR professional will work with industry leading clients across diverse sectors, supporting HR, organisational change, process improvement and strategic transformation programmes. The ideal candidate will have experience in both corporate HR and consulting, and project management skills are of the utmost importance. The Role: * Lead the delivery of client HR and change projects from initiation through to completion. * Develop work plans, manage project teams and financials, and deliver high quality reports and presentations. * Conduct research, lead workshops, analyse complex issues and provide strategic recommendations. * Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders in Ireland and internationally. * Contribute to proposals, business development, methodologies and thought leadership. The Person: * At least 6-7 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, corporate HR or a related environment. * Experience across HR advisory, organisational design, workforce planning, operating models or change management. * Strong programme and project management capability, with knowledge of Agile, Scrum or PRINCE2. * Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and leadership skills. * A third level degree and strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * A recognised change management qualification would be desirable.
