Due to continued success our impressive, global manufacturing Client wishes to recruit an experienced HRIS/Systems Manager. Based in South Belfast, our Client is fast paced, well established and well respected as one of the world’s largest employers in their market. The HRIS Manager is a very niche, permanent opportunity where experience of managing the system to improve functionality across all of key HR processes is essential (recruitment, succession, performance and salary review etc) The successful HRIS Manager can be fully remote, and will play a critical role in system development, implementation, testing and roll out. Anticipating and resolving complex issues and challenges to ensure the effective integration of all systems is crucial. The Role Lead the development and implementation of HR information strategy, anticipating complex issues to ensure integration with the wider HR/Business strategy Manage internal and external resource to meet HR systems development priorities, delivery to time, quality and budget constraints Develop policy and procedures for how the business stores, accesses, analysist and reports on people data, ensuring compliance with HR policy, data protection and confidentiality regulations and best practice Identify requirements for HR Information Systems, framework and tools to meet business need.
