Due to continued growth, our client, a leading, multi-site employer and major player in the FMCG market, wish to recruit a HR Systems Coordinator/Analyst for a new, fixed-term contract position lasting until January 2026. This role will involve overseeing HR systems management, payroll coordination, and general HR support across a variety of business functions.

The Role:

As an HR Systems Coordinator/Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR systems and ensuring seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • HR Systems Management: Maintaining the HRIS and Learning & Development system, troubleshooting issues, generating regular HR reports, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data integrity standards.
  • Payroll Coordination: Working closely with finance and external providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll. This includes managing data entry for starters, leavers, and changes, as well as responding to payroll-related queries.
  • General HR Support: Assisting with onboarding and offboarding, supporting the wider HR team on projects, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining performance management records.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in HR system management and payroll coordination
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with HR/Payroll software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
