HR Officer – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Overview

Our well established, multi-site client in the Dungannon area is seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Officer to join a dynamic, collaborative HR team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a busy workload and strong exposure and future prospects as the business grows.

The Role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job analysis to onboarding
  • Attract and retain top talent, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment law
  • Attend careers events and liaise with marketing on recruitment branding
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding, HR queries, training initiatives, and employee relations
  • Maintain HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Promote equality, diversity, and a positive workplace culture

The Person

  • CIPD qualified, part-qualified, or working towards is desirable
  • Minimum 2 years\’ HR experience, ideally with a recruitment focus
  • Skilled with online recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
  • Solid experience of managing employee relations issues
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • Full clean driver\’s license and ability to travel between sites when required
