We are hiring for our client, a leading global professional services organisation based in Belfast City Centre, who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Digital/Tech teams across the UK and EMEA. This is a high-impact HRBP role partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across a fast-evolving, innovative part of the business. The successful HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor across all areas of the employee lifecycle, supporting change, talent, performance, employee relations and workforce planning within a digitally focused environment.

The Role
- Act as primary HR contact for Digital & AI teams across UK and EMEA
- Provide trusted HR advice on a wide range of generalist and complex HR matters
- Lead and support employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and performance management
- Manage absence cases, occupational health referrals and wellbeing support
- Support onboarding, probation, induction and exit processes
- Partner with recruitment on lateral hiring and trainee programmes
- Support secondments, mobility and internal transfers across regions
- Coordinate performance review, bonus and salary processes
- Work closely with L&D on development, coaching and capability building
- Support HR projects, payroll oversight and continuous improvement initiatives
The Person
- Minimum 3 years’ HR generalist / HRBP experience (professional services preferred)
- Strong knowledge of NI and England & Wales employment law
- Proven experience managing ER casework and performance issues
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercially minded, organised and confident working in fast-paced environments
- Experience across recruitment, talent and HR operations
- Strong interest in AI, digital transformation and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
