The Role:
Managing a varied caseload of executry matters from start to finish
Liaising with clients, HMRC, and third parties to ensure efficient estate administration
Preparing and submitting relevant legal documentation
Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and firm procedures
Working closely with a team of experienced solicitors and other paralegals in a collaborative environment
The Person:
Experienced Paralegal with a background in private client or executry work (at least 1 year preferred)
A keen eye for detail and a highly organised approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client-focused and able to manage sensitive matters with discretion
Strong team player with the confidence to work autonomously when needed
