We are hiring for our client, a well-established contractor, who is currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a large timber frame housing development in Enniskillen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Foreman with a strong background in timber frame construction to take ownership of a substantial live site and play a key role in its successful delivery.
The successful Site Foreman will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and labour, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.

The Role:
- Oversee day-to-day running of a large timber frame housing site
- Manage subcontractors, site labour and suppliers
- Plan and forecast work programmes, labour and materials
- Ensure compliance with health & safety practices, including toolbox talks
- Review drawings and resolve design or site issues with the management/design team
- Chair and attend site meetings
- Ensure NHBC compliance throughout the build
- Monitor progress against programme dates and quality standards
The Person:
- Proven experience with timber frame house building on large sites
- Strong knowledge of current building regulations
- Previous experience with NHBC compliance, essential
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
- Strong record of health & safety compliance on-site
- Competent in Microsoft Office
