An excellent opportunity for a Warranty Engineer to join a global engineering leader. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to customers, while managing and resolving warranty claims in a proactive, professional manner.

The Role:
- Process warranty claims from end to end
- Collect relevant data, prepare summary documentation and propose settlement solutions
- Settle claims in line with policy and ensure timely monthly credit runs
- Liaise with engineers, quality teams, service technicians and internal stakeholders
- Manage dealer and customer queries
- Train internal staff and dealers on warranty systems and processes
- Recover costs from suppliers and coordinate return of parts
- Provide guidance to Technical and Parts Helpdesk teams
The Person:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in heavy engineering
- Minimum 3 years technical experience
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel
