Our client is seeking a Technical Systems & Compliance Manager to lead the development, management and continual improvement of its Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening food safety culture, supporting audit readiness, driving compliance and using data to deliver meaningful improvements across the business. Based in Dungannon, this is a fully onsite role offering close collaboration with Production, NPD, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain teams. The position provides an excellent opportunity to influence technical standards, support business growth and contribute to the continued development of a growing food manufacturing operation.

The Role:
- Lead and improve Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, including BRCGS, HACCP and GMP standards.
- Manage supplier approval, customer technical requirements and audit preparation.
- Develop technical KPI reporting and analyse complaints, non-conformances, audits and supplier performance.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective action programmes.
- Coach technical team members and collaborate across multiple departments.
The Person:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience in a food manufacturing technical or quality environment.
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, supplier approval and food safety legislation.
- Experience with customer audits, data interpretation and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Strong communication, influencing, project management and continuous improvement skills.
- Experience in infant nutrition, cereals, snacks or FMCG manufacturing would be beneficial.
