We are hiring for our client, a respected multi-site construction, engineering, and manufacturing group, seeking an experienced Group SHEQ Advisor to lead Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality activities across their operations. This Group SHEQ Advisor role is a fantastic opportunity for a SHEQ professional ready to step up from a site-based function into a Group-wide, senior-facing position with genuine scope for career progression.

The Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all SHEQ matters across the Group
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System, supporting ISO and 45001 compliance
- Conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are closed out
- Develop and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Deliver SHEQ inductions, toolbox talks and training across the business
- Manage contractor and subcontractor compliance, including PQQs and competency records
- Prepare SHEQ reports and KPI data for senior management
The Person:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
- 3-5 years' experience in a SHEQ, Health & Safety, Compliance or Quality role
- Strong working knowledge of ISO and 45001 standards
- Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
