We are hiring for our client, a well-established, family-owned insurance brokerage with over 50 years of experience in the market. With a strong local presence across County Down and County Armagh, they pride themselves on their customer-first approach and community-driven ethos. They are now seeking a Personal Lines Customer Advisor to join their dedicated team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone, understanding their insurance needs
  • Advise on and sell a wide range of personal lines insurance products (car, home, van, travel, legal protection, GAP insurance, etc.)
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance in administration
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored insurance solutions
  • Operate within a supportive team and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of OpenGi software (preferred)
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for service and sales
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
