We are hiring for our client, who are seeking a Content Creative Specialist to join their ambitious Ecommerce team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the voice, storytelling and digital presence of a premium D2C consumer brand. The Role:

  • Lead the creation of on-brand, conversion-driven content across social media, website, blog, email, and product assets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce and product teams to deliver tailored messaging for target audience segments.
  • Manage influencer and content creator relationships to grow brand reach and create co-branded campaigns.
  • Plan and execute photography and video shoots, styling and editing assets for digital campaigns.
  • Grow online communities by producing engaging reels, stories and UGC-inspired content.
  • Stay on the pulse of digital, content and design trends to keep content strategy fresh and innovative.
  • Ensure all brand messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with tone of voice.

The Person:

  • A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related discipline.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar content or ecommerce marketing role.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, editing and proofreading.
  • Experience with content production, including video and photography.
  • Confident working across platforms – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta Ads.
  • Skilled with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp/Klaviyo and Shopify or CMS.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills – juggling deadlines comes naturally to you.
  • Creative flair combined with a strong understanding of digital strategy and performance marketing.
