Job Title: Commercial Account Handler Location: We are hiring for our client, a well-established local agency of one of the top 10 UK insurance companies, who are seeking to appoint a Commercial Account Handler. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join a business that puts people first, delivers exceptional service, and is backed by over a century of trusted insurance provision. You will join a close-knit, supportive team in either their Ballynahinch or Downpatrick office, working with both new and existing commercial clients. Working closely with Account Managers and Agents, your duties will include: Day-to-day account handling and client liaison Overseeing your own book of commercial clients and conducting renewal reviews Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable across digital platforms 25 days holiday plus statutory days ~ Private medical insurance and life assurance ~ Pension scheme ~ Ongoing training and support ~ Career development in a growing, respected organisation
