The Role
- Develop win strategies and answer plans for tenders and PQQs
- Review requirements and plan overall submission approach
- Research to support well-informed, high-quality bid submissions
- Lead assigned bids, from kick-off meetings to coordinating written responses
- Produce, edit, and review bespoke tender responses aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on technical content
- Prepare client presentation materials and attend interviews as required
- Maintain bid information within bid software and company systems
- Visit project sites to gather information for case studies
The Person
- 5+ years' experience preparing PQQs and tender submissions within construction or civil engineering
- Third-level qualification in a construction or engineering discipline, desirable
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Highly organised, able to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
- Skilled with IT and presentation tools
