Shift Maintenance Engineer Our client is seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer to support reliable production within a high speed manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will diagnose equipment breakdowns, deliver preventative and corrective maintenance, and contribute technical expertise to improve the performance and efficiency of production machinery and automation systems. Based onsite in Lisburn, this permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with production, quality and engineering teams in a fast paced manufacturing setting. You will enjoy a hands on position with responsibility for machinery, packaging equipment, maintenance records and technical documentation. Top 3 Things to Know About This Job Permanent opportunity with a basic package circa Β£51,500 State of the art production facility Excellent benefits including 10% employer pension, enhanced OT rates + more The Role: * Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns through corrective and preventative maintenance. * Maintain production machinery, packaging equipment and associated systems. * Inspect equipment, identify potential issues and define appropriate work scopes. * Record maintenance activities using the Mobile Maintenance Management System. * Support plant maintenance records, job plans and technical documentation. * Work collaboratively with production, quality and engineering teams. The Person: * Time served apprenticeship or equivalent higher level qualification in engineering. * At least three years of experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment. * Strong troubleshooting, fault finding and root cause analysis skills. * High standards of health and safety practice.
