We are delighted to be recruiting for a Part-Time HR Executive to join a respected, regulated organisation based in Belfast. This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of HR delivery within a values-led organisation, while enjoying genuine flexibility with a 21-hour working week.
This is a hands-on, autonomous HR role, supporting managers and employees across the organisation and ensuring HR processes are compliant, effective, and aligned with organisational values.

The Role:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of HR services, working closely with senior stakeholders and line managers.
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across the organisation
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment law, and best practice
- Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, investigations, and absence management
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, payroll data, and statutory reporting
- Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
- Lead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including management of EAP and health benefits
- Support performance management processes including probation reviews and annual appraisals
- Deliver HR-related training and employment law guidance
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, Health & Safety, QMS, and ISO 9001 standards
- Prepare HR reports and KPIs to support strategic decision-making
- Support training and development initiatives and ongoing CPD
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
The Person:
- Essential: Degree in HR or CIPD Level 5 (Associate level)
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, and absence management
- Strong working knowledge of employment law
- Proven ability to manage confidential information and competing priorities
- Eligible for Access NI clearance
