Hunter Savage is growing and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team. Whether you are an experienced recruiter looking for a stronger platform, or a sales professional with the commercial drive and people skills to build a rewarding recruitment career, we would love to hear from you. You will work with a broad range of clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, placing talent across administration, customer service, EA and PA, office management, and other business support functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for business support clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates at all levels
- Growing your own desk with the full backing of our operations, BD, and marketing teams
- Working across high-volume, transactional roles, managing multiple live vacancies and fast-moving candidate pipelines at pace
- Becoming a trusted specialist in a fast-paced, high-turnover sector
Who We're Looking For
- Experience of managing high-volume, transactional recruitment processes, or a proven sales background with a genuine interest in recruitment
- Experience or knowledge of the Business Support sector (desirable but not essential)
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative, relationship-led approach
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- A positive, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic
- Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a relevant professional qualification (desirable)
