We are working with a growing national financial planning and wealth management business, backed by a major UK investment and wealth management group, as it continues to expand its presence across Northern Ireland. Following recent investment in the Belfast operation, the business is looking to appoint two experienced Financial Advisers to support its continued growth across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for established advisers who want to join a well-backed, ambitious wealth management business while retaining the autonomy and client-focused approach of a high-quality financial planning practice.

The business has grown rapidly through both organic expansion and the acquisition of established financial planning practices across the UK. Its Northern Ireland operation is now entering its next phase of growth, with plans to build a strong local team of advisers supported by dedicated administration and paraplanning capability. The successful Financial Advisers will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, providing holistic financial planning advice and contributing to the continued growth of the Northern Ireland business.

As Financial Adviser, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, holistic financial planning advice to private clients
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients
  • Advise across areas including: Pensions and retirement planning, Investments, Tax-efficient financial planning, Protection, Estate and succession planning
  • Conduct regular client reviews and ensure advice remains appropriate as circumstances change
  • Develop new client relationships through referrals, professional connections and existing networks
  • Work closely with paraplanning and administration colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records
  • Ensure all advice meets FCA and internal compliance standards
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with professional introducers including accountants, solicitors and other advisers
  • Contribute to the wider growth and development of the business across Northern Ireland

We are particularly interested in speaking with Financial Advisers who have:

  • Previous experience providing regulated financial advice
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning
  • A client-focused and relationship-led approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to develop trusted relationships with high-net-worth and private clients
  • A good understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
  • Strong professional networks or introducer relationships within Northern Ireland
