We are hiring for our client, a well-established engineering business based in Belfast, as they continue to grow their specialist Water division. This newly created Contracts Manager role will take full ownership of water-related projects, overseeing delivery, performance, commercial control and client relationships across NI and ROI. The Contracts Manager will play a pivotal leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders while managing multidisciplinary teams delivering critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a highly visible position offering long-term progression within a stable and growing organisation. The Contracts Manager job will suit someone with strong water-sector experience who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and shaping how projects are delivered.

The Role

  • Lead and manage all water-sector contracts from award through to completion
  • Take ownership of commercial performance, budgets, forecasts and reporting
