Our client is seeking a Billing Analyst to provide high quality billing services to offices worldwide, ensuring accurate invoice preparation, compliance with firm policies and timely delivery to clients.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role managing billing matters from initiation through completion, collaborating with global stakeholders and contributing to process improvements within an international professional services environment.

Global exposure across billing, finance and professional services.
The
Role: Prepare, review, revise and finalise invoices in line with firm policies and procedures.
Process time transfers, cost transfers, write offs and other billing adjustments.
Manage billing matters through to completion, maintaining client billing information and resolving issues.
Collaborate with global Billing and Collections teams, partners, personal assistants and other stakeholders.
Analyse billing data and support continuous process improvement.
The
Person: Previous billing experience is preferred, although experience in other finance functions will be considered.
A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Liberal Arts or a related field is preferred.
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong attention to detail, organisation, analytical ability and problem solving skills.
A proactive, accountable approach and confidence to escalate issues appropriately.
