The Role:
You will work closely with experienced partners and associates advising a broad range of clients including banks, financial institutions, developers, corporates, and investors. The work will include:
- Corporate and commercial lending transactions
- Property and real estate finance
- Development finance and refinancing matters
- Security documentation and due diligence

The Person:
Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with a minimum 2 years post-qualification experience - the client is ideally considering candidates with 2-5 years PQE in banking and finance. The client will also consider a REAL ESTATE solicitor with an interest/ demonstrable experience in banking.
Commercially minded with strong drafting and technical skills. Strong legal and commercial judgement, and able to deliver clear and practical advice. Attention to detail and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
