Our client is a prominent entity that has been shaping the skyline of NI & ROI with its innovative projects. With a reputation for excellence and a portfolio that spans across multiple sectors including multi-residential, education, leisure and commercial they are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

The Role:
- To lead multiple projects, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.
- To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Proactive Client Business Development, using your knowledge of the market to create new relationships alongside maintaining key relationships already established.
- Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives.
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
The Person:
- 5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally within a consultancy or client facing environment.
- Degree in a Construction related discipline.
- Chartered APM / CIOB / RICS.
