We are hiring for our client, an innovative and ambitious manufacturing business looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their finance team. You will work closely with the Financial Director and Financial Controller, providing valuable insights that will help steer the business forward. The Role:

  • Develop and manage the business planning process, including creating detailed reports and analyzing financial metrics.
  • Prepare yearly budgets, monthly forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
  • Evaluate business cases to support investment decisions and new business strategies.
  • Create, update, and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide commercial recommendations.
  • Coordinate with accounting staff and interact with senior management to ensure data accuracy.
