This is a rare opportunity to join an established Projects, Development and Construction team advising on complex non-contentious construction, development and infrastructure matters. The firm offers a salary of Β£70,000 to Β£90,000 and exceptional work quality, with exposure to major regeneration, accommodation, energy, renewables, healthcare, hotel and infrastructure projects. The Opportunity This Associate position provides a broad practice spanning non-contentious construction, development and infrastructure law. The successful candidate will support public institutions, property owners, investors, developers, funders, contractors and consultants across high-value matters involving complex projects and varied contractual arrangements. Practice Focus The team advises on JCT, NEC, EPC and EPCM contracts, construction appointments, procurement strategies, joint ventures, development arrangements and bespoke project documentation across the UK and international jurisdictions. The role offers scope to undertake due diligence, develop sector knowledge, contribute to business development and build expertise under appropriate supervision. Candidate Profile Applicants should be NQ to 2 PQE solicitors with experience in a construction team or housing practice, particularly in non-contentious construction, standard form contracts and commercial or housing development work.
