The Opportunity
This Associate in Banking and Finance position spans a broad range of debt finance work for financial institutions, including banks, development banks, funds and alternative lenders, as well as borrowers. You will support high-value matters across domestic and international markets, taking significant responsibility and having direct client contact.
Practice Focus
The team handles bilateral lending, acquisition, real estate, project and asset finance, venture debt and cross-border financings, alongside sports finance involving football transfer and media rights receivables. Renewable energy projects and lending in emerging markets are also key areas, offering varied work and scope to develop across a broad finance practice.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have at least five years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance, gained in a comparable leading firm, and a strong academic record. The role suits technically excellent lawyers with practical judgement, flexibility, strong client skills and the ability to manage complex transactions collaboratively.
