We are hiring for our client, a global law firm with a market-leading finance practice, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Asset Finance Associate (3+ PQE) to join their London office. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to work at the forefront of asset finance, advising on complex, cross-border transactions across a range of sectors including aviation, shipping, rail and infrastructure.

As a key member of the team, the successful Asset Finance Associate will play an integral role in high-value transactions, supporting institutional clients, global lessors, and banks, while gaining exposure to some of the most prominent deals in the market.

The Role:

• Advise on structured and asset finance transactions, including cross-border leasing, secured lending and export credit arrangements

• Contribute to knowledge management, business development and precedent improvement

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years\’ post-qualified experience in asset finance or related areas

• Background in a recognised finance practice, ideally with international exposure

• Strong technical expertise in structured finance and transactional law

• Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-border teams

• Driven, proactive and solutions-focused with strong commercial awareness
