We are hiring for our client, a respected specialist contractor within the Built Environment sector, who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their established team based in Toomebridge. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious building envelope projects across the UK and Ireland. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to specification, while benefiting from positive organisational change, strong leadership support, and long-term career development.

- Liaise with principal contractors and manage site variations
- Report site performance to senior management
The Person
- Degree / HNC (or equivalent) in Construction Management or similar
- 3+ years' experience in a Project Manager / Construction Manager role
- Direct contracts experience
- Strong health & safety knowledge and site leadership capability
