- Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination across multiple projects
- Review design documentation, identifying risks, requirements, and value-engineering opportunities
- Manage M&E subcontractors and ensure timely design and installation delivery
- Liaise with clients, design teams and internal project teams
- Ensure all works meet Health & Safety, quality, and programme standards
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and manage testing and commissioning
- Provide input to tenders and procurement activities
- Promote continuous improvement and collaborative working across all project stages The Person:
- Proven experience as an M&E Manager / Building Services Co-ordinator in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E and construction practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Confident managing subcontractors and liaising with senior stakeholders
