The Role
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll step straight into a warm desk with the freedom to run your market your way. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates
- Negotiate terms and manage offers to placement
- Hit revenue and activity KPIs with a clear route to promotion
- Mentor junior consultants (optional depending on experience)
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and client visits
