Supervisor Electrically Biased Building Services

One of our clients is looking for an Electrically Biased Building Services Supervisor in London SW7. Previous experience in a Multi-Tenanted, Banking, or Hotel environment would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Converse with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
2. Maintain sound electrical and mechanical knowledge.
3. Ensure compliance with current Health and Safety legislation relevant to safe working practices.
4. Possess City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognized equivalent.
5. Hold 17th/18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration.
6. Complete an Electrical Apprenticeship within the building maintenance industry.
7. Experience with maintenance duties including fault diagnosis and rectification.
8. Experience in electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
9. Supervise one other staff member.
10. Manage contractors and issue permits.
11. This is a hands-on role with administrative duties.
12. Working hours are 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
13. Cover one weekend in four, 08:00-17:00, with two days off during the week.
14. Position based within a hotel environment.

Compensation:

£45,000 – £47,000 + up to 10% bonus linked to PPM schedule.
