Salary/rate:
Salary is paying up to £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:
AC Qualifications needed consist of the below:

• AC qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• AC qualified – City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance or High-End Residential properties
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing

About The Company:
A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Static AC Engineer to be based in West London looking after High-End Residential properties. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mobile AC Engineer to their team.

About The Role/Benefits:

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000
• Monday to Friday 8:00am-17:00pm
• 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform

Responsibilities:

• Air conditioning and refrigeration – Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV\’s and VRF\’s, AHU\’s, FCU\’s, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge.
