Our client is a mid-sized family owned regional contractor with offices across the South and South West England. Operating mainly in the education, leisure and commercial sectors they have secured a significant pipeline of work and are thus looking to add to their professional team.
As a Site Manager running projects varying in size from £3 - £25 Million, you will oversee daily operations on site, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for managing the construction site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a culture of safety on site.
