Options Resourcing are partnering with one of our busiest clients to recruit a freelance Site Manager to run a 4-month Cat B office fit out in Uxbridge. You will be responsible for the running of the project from day to day construction activities, day to day client liaison, problem solving and dealing with sub contractors.

As Site Manager you must have SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS and a demonstrable history of running Cat B fit out projects. The role offers a negotiable day rate starting at £280 p/day and the role being outside IR35. This is an exciting role to take you through to the start of the Summer.
