Our client in Colpy, Insch, is seeking an experienced Fabrication Project Engineer to play a key role in managing fabrication, vessel, and offshore scopes. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. This role would suit someone that has worked previously as a workshop manager/supervisor and is now looking to make the move into a strategic operational role.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure smooth execution.
  • Interpret and work from detailed fabrication and technical drawings.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality and on-time delivery, ensuring work meets client specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation and reports to maintain compliance and operational standards.
