The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join our market leading contract recruitment division, where you’ll receive hands-on training from industry experts and work on real-life renewable energy projects from day one.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Building relationships with international clients and candidates across the energy sector.
  • Sourcing and placing skilled professionals into contract roles on global projects.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – interviews, offers, onboarding and beyond.
  • Learning from experienced consultants and attending international events to build your network.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bright, sharp and switched on. You don’t have to be a university graduate but you do need to be intelligent and be able to demonstrate a track record of academic success.
  • A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ambitious, tenacious, and eager to build a career in sales or recruitment.
  • Professionalism, resilience and a growth mindset.
  • You must have a great work ethic and be prepared to put in the hours required to be successful.
  • A background in sales or a target-driven role is advantageous, but not essential.
  • A genuine curiosity about the renewable energy industry and its global impact.
  • You must have the self motivation to succeed.
