We're looking for a well experienced Site Manager to work on behalf of a global energy developer delivering a 50MW Solar PV project in the Greater London region. The role will support the client through the construction phase, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery across all site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily coordination of EPC/ICP delivery teams
  • Track progress against plan and report status to client PMs
  • Enforce site standards, technical requirements and safety expectations
  • Support quality checks, documentation reviews and installation validation
  • Engage with subcontractors to maintain sequencing and delivery flow

Requirements:

  • Previous Site Manager experience delivering Solar PV projects
  • Understanding of MV installation works and DNO considerations
  • Background managing multiple subcontractor interfaces
  • Ability to represent the client professionally on-site
