Project Development Manager/ Project Developer – Battery Energy Storage – Renewable Energy – Remote Working – 6 month Contract We are working with a leading Renewable Energy Developer, who are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to hit the ground running and support the delivery of a 500MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project based in London. Role & Responsibilities: * Provide project management support to the Project Director (not leading the project). * Identify and de-risk key project blockers * Work closely with internal stakeholders and support functions to ensure the project is sales-ready by the end of the year. * Contribute technical input to grid discussions and development activities. * Help drive documentation, compliance, and commercial preparedness for project transition. * Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders where needed. Skills And Experience: * Proven experience as a Project Manager or Development Manager in BESS * Someone with extensive experience dealing with land rights, ground investigation surveys, grid planning (MODAPs etc), and sales preparation would be highly valuable. * Ability to work autonomously, with limited supervision, while reporting into a Project Director. * Commercially aware, with a technical mindset – ideally with a background in Electrical Engineering. * Fluency in English for all written and verbal communications Logistics: * Start Date: Flexible depending on the candidate\’s availability * Contract Duration: 6 months * IR35 Assesment: Outside If you think you would be an excellent fit for this position and have carried out a similar job before, then please don’t hesitate to apply
