As a Senior Protection & Control Engineer, you will design and develop advanced protection schemes, relay logic, and control systems that ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of next‑generation HV substations and transmission networks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of P&C schemes for HV substations, including relay coordination, fault analysis, and system protection studies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop new relay algorithms, control logics, and automation features.
- Perform simulations and modeling for protection coordination and stability studies.
- Define technical specifications and support prototype testing and commissioning in lab environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies in digital protection and substation automation for product enhancement.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in P&C innovations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 6+ years’ experience in HV P&C engineering, preferably in R&D or product development.
- Strong knowledge of IEC 61850, relay coordination, and protection relays (ABB, Siemens, GE, etc.).
- Experience in PSCAD/ETAP/DIgSILENT PowerFactory or similar simulation tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project leadership skills.
